Welcome to the 2nd IEEE International Conference on Networked Embedded Systems for Enterprise Applications.
( NESEA 2011 )

Fremantle, Perth, Australia
8th - 9th December 2011

Overview:

The 2nd IEEE International Conference on Networked Embedded Systems for Enterprise Applications (NESEA 2010) will be held in Perth, Australia in December 2011. The NESEA 2011 conference is co-sponsored by the IEEE Computer Society (US) and Distributed Thought (UK).

Fundamental research from the various specializations of networked embedded systems has been applied to tackle a wide range of significant problems. However, current approaches often lack consideration of how networked embedded systems should be integrated with enterprise architectures. NESEA aims to gather the best expertise in this field, to drive research towards the integration of embedded systems and enterprise architectures and promote the use of networked embedded systems in diverse applications such as energy monitoring and conservation. Target specializations of networked embedded systems include: Wireless Sensor Networks, Cyber-Physical Systems, Ubiquitous Computing, Pervasive Computing and Mobile Computing. Full details are available in the call for papers.

After a successful 1st NESEA conference in Suzhou (China) in 2010, this year's conference will be held in Perth, Australia. Located in the South-West of Australia on the Indian Ocean, Perth boasts a superb modern city, beautiful beaches and a warm climate. More details are available on the location page.

The proceedings of the IEEE NESEA conference series are published by the IEEE Computer Society and indexed in IEEE Xplore and DBLP. IEEE NESEA 2011 is endorsed by the IEEE Technical Committee on the Internet.
